This project includes removal of the existing culvert located on the Middle Fork, Little Snake and replacing it with a metal plate arch culvert and all of the components which may consist of, but not be limited to; the assembly, concrete in-place footers and stem walls, dewatering, traffic control, survey, soil erosion, pollution control, quality control, excavation, backfill, seeding, streambed simulation, and channel rock.

This project will result in one (1) firm fixed price award. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for June 28, 2012 at 10 a.m. This site visit is NOT mandatory. All participants must RSVP to Malinda Jiminez by June 26, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. (970-295-6683 or [email protected]) This project is located approximately 40 miles north/northwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, located on National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 500 approximately eight (8) miles from the end of Colorado Highway 129.

Meeting Location: Meet at the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears Ranger District Office at 925 Weiss Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

This is a total Service Disabled Veteran set aside.

The Government range for this project is $100,000.00 - $250,000.00.
