Solicitation number SPE603-22-0501 is issued to acquire laboratory testing services of Government – owned fuel in multiple locations across the Middle East Region (OCONUS). The locations are Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Iraq, and Qatar. All testing shall be performed in accordance with the approved DLA Energy test methods MIL-STD-3004-1.  The contractor personnel who Interact with DLE Energy Personnel in the performance of these services must be able to speak English.

The performance period is four years:  2-year base period (April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2024) and one (1) 2-year option period (April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2026)
