This requirement is to provide a facility, communications, seating and beverages for up to 1,000 people in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Industry Day for the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) program. The following minimum requirements exist: 17 Dec 08 - 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (General Session Dry Run) 18 Dec 08 - 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM ( Registration) 18 Dec 08 - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (General Session) 19 Dec 08 - 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM ( Registration) 19 Dec 08 - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (General Session) Provide room, tables and chairs to accommodate up to 1,000 people classroom style The following minimum audio/visual requirements exist: (1) Podium Lighting (1) Wireless Lavaliere Microphone (for Podium) (2) Screen (10.5'X14') Fast Fold Screen (2) Dress Kit (2) LCD Rear Projector (2) Power/Amp Circuit (2) Projector Cart (4) Tabletop Microphones (1) 6-CHannel Microphone Mixer Provide a Program Office- Operation Center as Follows: Conference Table and chairs for 10 people (1) High-Speed Internet Service 17 Dec - 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 18 Dec - 7:00AM - 6:00 PM 19 Dec - 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Furnish assorted beverage of soft drinks, bottled spring and sparkling water, coffee and tea Provide a room on 18 Dec to accommodate 60 people for an Industry Day-Program Luncheon. The following minimum requirements exist: (8) Rounds of 8 w/Blue Linen Assorted Soft Drinks, Bottled Spring and Sparkling Water, Coffee and Tea Service for 60 people. The intended source for the requirement is the Von Braun Center located in Huntsville, Alabama, as they are the only responsible source who can satisfy the agency's need for this requirement. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
