Legal Notice to Proposers Tulsa Transit is soliciting proposals from firms that provide Microtransit software for MTTA Flexible Fixed Route, ADA Lift service, and Microtransit (Other Services). Microtransit Software Proposals must be in accordance with the RFP 23-04 which is on file at the MTTA office. Copies of the RFP can be obtained by contacting Jack Van Hooser, the MTTA Procurement Specialist at [email protected] or (918) 704-1880. The RFP is also available on the MTTA website at https://www.tulsatransit.org/rfps/openbids Minority and disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age or national origin in consideration of an award. Any firm listed on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors is not an eligible proposer. The contractor will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. MTTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or part. Award of a contract will be made to the responsible and responsive proposer offering the best value to MTTA. Proposals must be received in the MTTA office at 510 Rockford Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74120 not later than September 30th, 2022, at 4:30PM CST to be considered.
