Per FAR 12.603(c)(2)(i), The Information Technology/Information Management Application Integration and Business Intelligence Division (NAWCAD 7.2.2) has a requirement to purchase integrated data management and analysis software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will require 10 processor licenses of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition 64 bit version. The Microsoft SQL 2005 Enterprise Disk Kit is requested for this procurement. Two (2) years of software assurance are to be included. Period of Performance is to be one year from the date of award. Delivery is required 30-days after award. Delivery terms are to be stated with quote; FOB Destination is anticipated. Solicitation Number N00421-08-R-0141 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. In reference to 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price being the only factor considered. The offeror will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
