Request Bio-Tek Synergy Multiplate Reader as we require a mciro-plate reader that can perform 6-,12-, 24-, 48-, 96- and 384-well assays of absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence and is compatible with reading DNA/RNA in 2 ul samples. Absorbance must be 0-4 OD at 200-999 nm with 1 nm increments. Fluorescence must be 0 – 99,999 RFU, with sensitivity for 1 pM fluorescein. Luminescence must be 0 – 5,800,000 RFU, with sensitivity for 1 pM fluorescein. Incubation chamber must include shaking and temperature control from 4 to 65 degrees C.
