This solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-A-Side other than full and open competition.  All responsible small business sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.  This subject requirement is for acquisition of NSN 5965-00-181-0213.  The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order for which delivery orders may be placed for one year.   It will include 5 option years.  This solicitation will be available in DIBBS by February 22, 2011 at https://ww.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp.  The delivery for this solicitation will be on an FOB Destination basis.  The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery and past performance.  The Government does not have sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase the part from other than the current sources.  The approved sources are:
