Title: Upgrade of MicroPact Engineering iComplaints Application to Entellitrak (ETK) EEO and RA and Annual Subscription Support and Maintenance
Description:

The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Office of Civil Rights to MicroPact, 12901 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20170 iComplaints to ETK EEO and to add the ETK RA Turnkey Solution module. This includes application support, additional upgrades, and hosting services for both modules. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519- Other Computer Related Services. MicroPact is the only responsible source known to provide the new platform.

It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source IDIQ type contract with a Base Year plus 1 (one) one Year Option to MicroPact under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Sole Source Justification

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, MicroPact is the only organization who can provide the services needed.

This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by The Office of the Secretary, OCR. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Rosalyne Snow, Contract Specialist at [email protected] by 8:00 AM EST on, September 13, 2019. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
