It is the Government's intention to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Biel's Document Management for Microfilming Services, Duplication and Destruction of records.

The Contractor will provide all labor, services and materials to provide microfilm services as follows: 8.5 X 11 and 8.5 X 14 inch, in good condition without staples. Quantity will be approximately 8,000 to 10,000 documents and photos per month. Film to be of silver quality or equal and will be made available in cartridge format and readable on a Canon Microfilm Scanner 300II. Cartridges will be numbered accordingly and listing provided with the filename, base number, roll number and frame.

This contract will be a base and 1 year option beginning May 2011 and going through to May 2013.

This solicitation is set aside for total small business. This will be based on Firm Fixed Pricing Only.
