Request for Information (RFI): This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources capabilities. The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, is seeking respondents capable of providing , installing, integrating and servicing the following products :
• IBML Image Trac 5 Lite High Speed Document Scanning System or equal with medium spindle combo packet, software and maintenance in accordance with the attached "Draft" Statement of Requirement (SOR) Fuji AR 5000 Computer Output Microfilm (COM) System or equal, in accordance with the attached "Draft) SOR

 

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Respondents WILL NOT be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI.
Those companies capable of providing the above listeditems are requested to provide the following information
(1) Company's capabilities that "clearly" demonstrates that the above requirements "or equivalent" can be provided
(2) Company's name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address
(3) Identify any standard warranties or service plan that come with your product.
