The U.S. Army Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM-STTC) is seeking sources for a System on Chip (SOC) MEMS accelerometer that measure linear acceleration on either a single axis, dual axis, or tri axis. The chip must consume electrical power equal to or less than 15 mW (triaxial) or 5 mW per axis. Bias stability must be equal or less than 0.2 mg over a temperature range between -20°C and +70°C. Scale factor stability must be equal or less than 300 ppm over a temperature range between -20°C and +70°C.
