Request for Proposal RFP # 22-07 Mickey D. Cochran Park Renovation Design/Build Henry County Government is seeking qualified Design/Build teams to demo and re-design the existing Mickey D. Cochran Park, located at 301 Banks Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The design shall be based on the Concept Design by the Foresite Group dated June 15, 2021. Actual plans and specifications can be modified if necessary due to existing site conditions. The park is comprised of 8.31 acres; Parcel #031-01027000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on September 8, 2021. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
