Solicitation amended on 12 Aug 2018 with due date/time for responses unchanged.

Industry response by the question deadline did not result in official questions for a question and answer amendment, but concerns expressed with sources covering installation, training and related requirements, e.g. warranty to include labor, did lead to this amendment which does remove those requirements, and also provides for a longer delivery timeframe.

The action is therefore to purchase the equipment only, including delivery to the 3 sites indicated, but not the installation and familarization training.
