The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors to provide construction services required for modifications to the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, removal of existing windows and installation of new windows, new lighting and related work for the Memphis Housing Authority Central Office. Bid Information: Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the offices of the Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid should be directed in writing, by 4:00 P.M. Central Standard time no later than June 10, 2024. Responses to inquiries will be made in the form of written addenda on, or before June 14, 2024. Pre-Bid Information: A Pre-bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Boardroom, Room 216. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not a bidding requirement but is strongly recommended. The site will be available for examination by appointment until Wednesday, June 14, 2024.
