Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a follow-on SOLE SOURCE order under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), P.O. Box 9729 Stratford, CT 06615-9129 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302. SAC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-60 air vehicle. The scope of this work will include creation of aircraft wiring bundle retrofit kits with fixed provisions to allow the fleet flexibility in the deployment and use of the Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) mission systems including ALMDS (Aviation Laser Mine Detection System), AMNS (Aviation Mine Neutralization System), and Pre-Planned Product Improvement (P³I).The contract will include ten (10) MH-60 Sierra TD-1 (Block 3A) Kits and eight (8) MH-60S TD-2 (Block 1) Kits.
