The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, Connecticut. The anticipated order will be for procurement of the kits required to retrofit the MH-60S helicopters with fixed provisions to allow the relocation of the Downed Aircrew Locator System (DALS) to de-conflict radio frequency (RF) interference with the RAD/ALT antenna system to include any technical, management, and process support.
