The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, New York. The anticipated order for Retrofit Kits will be to incorporate all required hardware, software, and installation support for Operator Systems Interface (OSI) into the MH-60R/S. OSI includes a Control Display Unit (CDU) Kit which is a part of the OSI retrofit efforts. The CDU kit includes a CDU, Blank-Off Plates, and interface cabling. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft.
