The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source modification for production with incorporation of AVDEC Gasket system on MH60R production Aircraft with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration - Owego (LM MS2). This effort will be awarded as a firm-fixed price modification under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) contract N00019-06-C-0098. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
