Below are recent questions from industry with the governments responses:

Q1:  Is there any food & beverage?
A1:  No

Q2:  All of the cities have been sent the same specs and the same dates per the SOW. Do you know if they use all dates in all cities or how it is distributed?
A2:  Per para  1.1. of the RFQ, "The Government will consider one of the dates provided for each location in paragraph 7 herein. However, no two Musters shall have the same event date." 

Q3: This RFP says they will consider pipe and drape for meetings and meeting rental ???
A3:  The government brings its own pipe and drape.

Q4: What is a Pelican Case? I know they are shipping them but I have no idea what to tell the hotels what they are ...
A4:  Pelican cases are large hard-shelled shipping containers.
