This combined synopsis solicitation is to procure on a sole source basis from Mettler Toledo, LLC a new Mettler Toledo Excellence T7 Karl Fischer (KF) Titration Instrument System in accordance with all of the features/part numbers listed in the Statement of Work of the attached Request for Quotation 70RSAT21Q00000046 to include delivery, onsite installation and assembly of the entire system,software and accessories, software validation, service plan familiarization training and travel for use in the DHS Transportation Security Laboratory.
