The Project consists of renovations on the 7th & 8th Floors of Methodist University Hospital Shorb Tower as needed to convert Med Surg rooms to Intensive Care and Flex Intensive Care rooms . Work includes interior demolition, interior construction, new finishes and modifications to existing Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications systems. Bid Information: Bids signed and under seal , executed, and dated will be emailed to the Owner before 2:00 p.m. local standard time on the 7th day of October, 2024. Pre-Bid Information: A bidders conference has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of September at the location of Methodist University Hospital, Shorb Tower, Level 1 Lobby . Hard copies of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractor’s expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
