The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) is seeking information to formulate a decision on attaining MDCRS data as well as options for continuing ADS-C, expanded oceanic aircraft based observations, and gathering data sparse areas.  

The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 518210– Data Processing, Hosting, and

Related Services and the size standard is $132.5M.  The Government requests capability statements from interested sources that address the below requirements. 

Capability statements shall clearly address the information requested in Attachment I.

All interested sources shall submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible, vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM):

Submitted capability statement shall include the following:

3.      Type of business (eg. Large Business, Small Business, 8a, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Woman Owned Small Business) as validated by SAM.
