This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competiitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-DAYTON) intents to solicits a proposals and enter into a contract with Meso Scale Discovery (MSD), Rockville, MD. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10. U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code this action is 33416. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items, NMRU requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
