The answers to many frequently asked questions are already located in this section.** Project Information A new, 562,596 square feet sf spec warehouse building to be constructed in the Mesa Gateway Campus. This building will follow sequence with the other buildings on the campus. All bids must be submitted via Building Connected - please review the Bid Form prior to creating your proposal so that you are familiar with the requested breakouts. Please review all associated plans, specs, reports, and addendum documents located in the files tab when preparing your proposal. **Please Note: Structural drawings are forthcoming and will be issued ASAP** Scope related questions should be directed to the person listed as the lead for your respective bid package. Bidding Instructions All proposals must be uploaded and submitted through Building Connected. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. Please submit one proposal per building. All bids must be submitted via Building Connected - please review the Bid Form prior to creating your proposal so that you are familiar with the requested breakouts. Please review any alternates listed on the bid form for your bid package. Other Information Clayco requires acknowledgment of our Subcontract Agreement and Subcontractor Resource Page documents in your proposal to Clayco.
