The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order to DCG Systems, 45900 Northport Loop E, Fremont, VA 94538. This purchase order will be for one (1) Meridian-IV Upgrade, which includes a SIL tip and lens, in addition to field service installation.
