Subject to availability of funds, the United States Agency for International Development in Honduras (USAID/Honduras), intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Cost Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract. The resulting contractor will undertake a new five year-program to support the implementation of the Feed the Future (FTF) initiative and the Global Climate Change (GCC) Presidential Initiative in Honduras.
