The Napa County Health and Human Services Agency’s Mental Health Division (hereafter “County”) is issuing a Request for Proposals from qualified agencies/organizations to administer and provide Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention programs and services. The County intends to offer multiple awards to community-based organizations in order to address the needs of each target population.
