The Napa County Health and Human Services Agency’s Mental Health Division is issuing this Round of Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified agencies/organizations to provide Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) programs and services. The County intends to offer a single, or multiple awards, to community-based organizations. The release of this RFP is in conjunction with the robust FY22/23 Community Planning Process (CPP) for MHSA FY 23-24 to FY 25-26 Three Year Plan submission. The CPP is a regulatory requirement to gain stakeholder feedback for the design of RFPs to better meet the community mental health needs.
