This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to solicit proposals for the procurement of routine consumable office supplies. “Office Supplies” as described in this RFP excludes office furniture and/or equipment, computer equipment and supplies, forms, electronics, food and beverage equipment and supplies, telephones, janitorial specific items, custom-order stamps, and audio/visual equipment. The purpose of the RFP is to purchase office supplies to be delivered to various County Departments throughout the County of Mendocino. It is the intent of the County of Mendocino to award a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Order to one bidder. The goal of the County of Mendocino is to provide its departments and purchasing employees with the opportunity to purchase products and services at best prices, quality, desktop delivery and availability possible. This process also takes into consideration the Vendor’s general reputation for performance and service. The County of Mendocino is seeking the best value possible for its departments.
