This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # FM466192640102. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The NIACS Code is 811412, this is a small business set aside. The applicable size standard is $14,000,000. This will be for megastar carosel parts, and performing maintenance on them to bring them up to standards.

There will be a site visit for Thursday, 17 Janurary 2012 at 1000 CST. We will meet at the Medical group building. If you need access to the base please arrive 15 minites prior to the site visit so you can be vouched onto base.

Dyess AFB has the following requirements:
0001-Services to maintain and restock on supplies on several megastar carousels

Parts of equal quality will be accepted if they meet the requirments and work with the megastar carousel.
