This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # FM466192640102A. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The NAICS Code is 811412, this is an unrestricted requirement. The applicable size standard is $14,000,000. This will be for megastar carousel parts, and performing maintenance on them to bring them up to standards.

Dyess AFB has the following requirements:
0001-Services to maintain and restock on supplies on several megastar carousels

Parts of equal quality will be accepted if they meet the requirements and work with the megastar carousel.

SCA Wage Determination attached

Period of Performance: 8 Feb 12 - 7 March 12
