Equipment Support and Maintenance Agreement on the following equipment:

1) Medstation 3500 6 Drawer Main, BioID (3EA)
2) Medstation 3500 2 Drawer Main, BioID (3EA)
3) EOL - Medstation 3500 Profile console plus workstation, printer
4) EOL - Medstation 3500 Non-Profile console plus, printer

All work performed on Pyxis Medstation Equipment must not void current manufacturer warranty.

Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
