The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Triade Isotopes, Inc, 4205 Vineland Road, Suite L1, Orlando, FL 32811.  The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

This notice will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 325412; the size standard is 1,250 employees.

The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Triade Isotopes, Inc, 4205 Vineland Road, Suite L1, Orlando, FL 32811 for radiopharmaceuticals.

Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided Triade Isotopes, Inc, 4205 Vineland Road, Suite L1, Orlando, FL 32811as they are the only Radiopharmacy company within the geographical area that can deliver time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals (doses) at the required time for NH Pensacola, FL.  Doses are required within one hour for emergent cases.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 12:00 pm, EST, August 02, 2018 by email to the attention of Ray Hinman, Contract Specialist, at [email protected]. Facsimile offers will not be accepted. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
