INVITATION TO BID MEDICAL SERVICES Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor, for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center, a 500 student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland 21163. We are currently soliciting an request for written bids for on-site Medical Services, Licensed Mental Health Services/Consultant, Licensed Dentist, and Licensed Physician. Written bids should include cost price per attached scope of work and a cost increase price for the next four years if awarded option years. Scopes of work can be fax or e-mailed upon your request.
