SPECIAL NOTICE: 02-28-2023: Due to the change in procuring contracting officer and program manager for the MQS2-NG acquisition, as well as the recent SBA NAICS decision, the release of the Government responses to the MQS2-NG RFP Questions is delayed.  The Government is working to review the solicitation documents and will provide an amended solicitation and the Government responses to the submitted RFP questions when available. The proposal submission due date will be extended via a forthcoming amendment to account for the delay.
