This contract shall provide a Medical Library Database with Full Text Content that will be posted on the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Virtual Library. A link to the virtual library and IP-authentication shall be required for each U.S. Air Force Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The databases must have search tools and include all required databases in one interface. Access to the medical journals, books and database content listed in attachment 1 of this description, including figures, pictures, and graphs; electronic tables of contents and early release articles shall be provided. Internet browsers such as Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape shall be used to enable authorized users to search the database and retrieve full-text journal articles and full-text books and bibliographic citations. Multiple, simultaneous access via internet/world wide web to the site shall be provided. The databases and full-text titles were carefully chosen to meet the needs of the providers in the AFMS and cannot be substituted.
