The City of Carson (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide professional landscape management for City medians as detailed in the Project Scope and Specifications. Due to high levels of disrepair, and the City’s need to have both geographic areas addressed concurrently, the medians are split into two separate service areas: medians North of the 405 freeway and medians South of the 405 freeway. IFB 23-11 is specifically for Service Area A: South of the 405 freeway. Interested contractors should submit separate bids for each respective service area they wish to be considered for. Interested contractors are not required to submit bids for both service areas. If interested contractors wish to be considered for both service areas, contractors are expected to be able to service each region concurrently and with no interruptions based on volume. The City intends to award one or multiple contracts to best meet the needs of each service area. Any and all contracts awarded will be for a three-year term with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms at the City’s discretion.
