The County of Stanislaus is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced community-based organizations for the provision of Medi-Cal Outreach and Enrollment Services (Services) on behalf of the County’s Community Services Agency. The targeted population focused on for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is any person in County jail or person hospitalized while incarcerated.
