Section 00 11 00 MIDLOTHIAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bid Due: June 16 at 2:00 PM Project Name: MIDLOTHIAN BUSINESS PARK: TxDOT DRIVEWAY Project No.: 3566-20.273 Project Location: CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN, TEXAS The Midlothian Economic Development, MED, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project TxDOT driveway at the Midlothian Business Park. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The Midlothian Economic Development reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, by the City of Midlothian, Attn: Purchasing Agent, Cheryl Allison, 104 W. Avenue E, Midlothian, TX 76065. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:05 PM on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 in the City Council Chambers. Bid Documents via PDF copy may be obtained free of charge by emailing [email protected] and requesting a PDF copy of the Midlothian Business Park TxDOT Driveway.
