The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide MEAT & MEAT PRODUCTS FOR DELIVERY FROM JULY - SEPTEMBER 2024 for consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance PA, Westmoreland County. The quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Bidders will only bid on the acceptable brands, package size and codes as specified. All items to be in accordance with the attached PA Specifications. Dietary Dept will notify vendor of quantities for each delivery. Alternate deliveries may be arranged as required. Quantities may be adjusted at the request of the Dietary Dept to meet the needs of our consumers. Delivery to be made the day specified, between the hours of 8:00am and 11:45pm. Delivery may not be made on a state holiday. Award will be made by lowest price per line item. PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER MUST BE SHOWN ON ALL PACKING SLIPS, INVOICES, AND ANY DELIVERY CORRESPONDENCE. Bids are due May 20, 2024, by 2:00pm and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified.
