The USPFO Contracting Office for Virginia (VA) intents to award a sole-source action to Carlisle Barracks (D.B.A. FIG Community Club - Cage 6LZK9) in Annville, PA 17003. Subsistence in needed in order to support the VA Army National Guard (ARNG) Command Post Exercise (CPX) from 10-20 June 2019 and 03-10 August 2019. Currently FIG Community CLUB is acting as the DFAC for Fort Indiantown Gap.

The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 311991 with a size standard 500 employees. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
