INVITATION TO BID - Meadowview Water Quality Basin Sealed bids for site grading and stormwater improvements will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by Upper Allen Township until 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2019. Bid results will be available via PennBid’s website by the close of business on Monday, February 18, 2019. Copies of Bidding Documents for Meadowview Water Quality Basin are available online and at no cost at www.PennBid.net. NOTE: The Commissioners of Upper Allen Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Upper Allen Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
