The City of Sacramento (City) extends an invitation to interested and qualified agencies to submit proposals to operate the City's Meadowview Road Navigation Center. The City seeks to contract with an experienced Proposer to provide year-round emergency shelter services for single women and women headed families experiencing homelessness. Employing housing focused and low-barrier practices as detailed below, the Proposer will serve up to 20 homeless women with children per night and up to 60 single homeless women per night.
