1. Approximately 12,960sq ft. of existing carpet in highlighted areas to be removed and disposed of. 2. Install approximately 12,960sq ft. of new carpet as spec’d in attached sheets. Only estimates with spec’d carpet and installation procedures will be accepted/considered. No alternates. 1. Project to be done in 4 phases. I. Phase 1 is the demo and install of Lees/Ground Strata II/986 Spatial carpet in the eastern grouping of cubicles. Demo and install black Rope cove base. II. Phase 2 is the demo and install of the Lees/Ground Strata II/986 Spatial carpet in the western grouping of cubicles. Demo and install black Rope cove base. III. Phase 3 is the demo and install of Lees/Ground Strata II/986 Spatial carpet in all offices. Offices to be done 2-3 per day or however many can be completed from start to finish. Cannot completely demo all offices then start carpeting. Demo and install black Rope cove base. IV. Phase 1,2, and 3 is approx. 11,860sq ft. of demo and new carpet. V. Phase 4 is the demo and install of the carpet in the 2nd bldg. (2 rooms). Approx 1,100 sq. ft. The carpet manufacturer is Tandus Centiva. The style is Applause III Powerbond 6’ rolled good. Color is TBD. Demo and install black Rope cove base. Last day for written questions is 4:00pm, November 2, 2016
