1. Remove and dispose of approximately 13,634sq ft. of existing carpet in highlighted areas. 2. Installation of approximately 13,634sq ft. of new carpet as specified in the bid documents and attached drawings. Only estimates with specified carpet and installation procedures will be accepted/considered. No alternates. 3. Contractor to be responsible for moving/relocating ALL file cabinets, furniture, chairs, or anything else that is in their way, to complete job. A designated area will be provided to store items temporarily. All items will need to be labeled and returned to the same locations as they were removed from. 4. Contractor responsible for lifting the Herman Miller cubicles up off the ground so work can be safely completed. 5. All modular carpet is to be installed using Glue-Free Installation Method with FlexLoc Tabs (warrantied up to 99%RH). 6. Contractor will provide 200sq ft. of surplus modular carpeting for future needs. 7. Contractor is responsible for double checking all measurements and square footages prior to ordering material.
