The project includes all materials, not specifically listed as Owner-furnished, labor tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of constructing a new outdoor concrete basketball court consistent with basketball specification standards, court lines and landscaping repairs, as per plans and specifications. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
