Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the McGregor Park will be received at City of LaGrange, 200 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia 30240, until 2 p.m., local time, on April 27, 2021, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of developing a multiuse park on an approximate 1.3-acre parcel located near the intersection of Hamilton Road and Colquitt Street. The park will consist of a concrete walking trail, a grassed lawn, an entry trellis with swings, multiple BBQ pavilions, a general use pavilion, a multiuse performance pavilion, two playground areas for various age groups, a fitness area, a gaming area, various other site appurtenances, and landscaping.
