Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), McConnell AFB Commissary, located near Wichita, Kansas, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021) and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business Concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about April 21, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about May 26, 2020. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for May 12, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. (local time); however, the actual date will be annotated on the page two of the solicitation when it and its attachments are posted to FBO.
