Sealed BIDS will be received by the Effingham County Board of Commissioners at the office of the Purchasing Agent until 11.00am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, May 6, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Work to be bid consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for: Construction of the improvements to the existing McCall Park consisting of removal of two existing abandoned baseball field, site work and installation of new asphalt parking area, Dog Park facility, multi-purpose field, new baseball field, basketball half-court & handball court and miscellaneous items.
