A prebid conference for all bidders will be held at Ashton Building (meet on the north side of the building on 03/03/2021 at 9:00 a.m., local time. Prospective bidders are requested to attend. Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: 1. Bid Date: 03/17/2021. 2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time. 3. Submit bids via email to KT Nelson at [email protected], with the title "MCC @ The Ashton" and the name of the bidder written clearly in the email header. B. Bids will be thereafter privately opened. 1. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding. Project consists of TI build out in the Historic Ashton Building. There are historic tax credits that the which require care taken when working in the Ashton. All contractors are to abide by the rules to ensure they do not jeopardize any historic tax credits. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of $250.00 for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Metropolitan Community College. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
